The shipping costs and time will be provided to you at the time of the check out as it will be depending on your area and the availability of your postal service.
Your order is shipped, we will send an email containing a consignment number and tracking ID. Simply follow the link in the email to track the delivery of your parcel.
Once an order has been placed we are unable to update any of the order information. This includes changing the shipping or billing address, payment information or editing the items listed in your order.
Once an order is processed, it can no longer be canceled nor modified.
Please note you will be able to return any items you don’t want after their delivery, except for the earrings. To find out more about returns and exchanges please see next question.
It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selection, we will issue a refund for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items (exchange for a different size for the same model only) within 2 weeks (PLEASE ADJUST THIS FROM 7 DAYS THAT WE ORIGINALLY HAD TO 2 WEEKS!!!) from the day you received your order. Original shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

To return an online purchase by post, please follow these instructions:
1. Request a return form by email: support@cadeauferri.com
In the subject line write “Product Return”
2. When you request a return you will be provided with a form. Fill in the return form detailing which item(s) you are returning, the quantity, and the reason for your return. Place this in the package with the items being returned.
Please return your item(s) to the address provided on the form (you may choose the shipping carrier of your choice)
